Meet Our Team

Anthony Black Founder & President

A graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in Marketing, Anthony came to Arizona with his wife and 2 children in 2003 from New Jersey.

After a career change to hospice in 2008, Anthony began working hand-in-hand with the elderly as they approached the end of life. These 5 years of daily service as a Hospice Liaison were humbling and life changing. As part of this role, he naturally began helping families to locate appropriate senior assisted living options that offered the right care, support, comfort and budget of the patient and family.

When he saw an opportunity to help families understand the dynamics of transitional senior care earlier than just at the “end of life”, he resigned from hospice and founded VIP Senior Placement in 2014. Since then he has helped 100’s of clients to navigate and understand senior care costs and options in Arizona, Scottsdale, Gilbert, Mesa, Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria and Tempe.

“When I started VIP, my goal was to be a professional local resource for seniors and their families offering a personal service that empowers them to have peace of mind when making important decisions about current and future care needs.”
