What would I have done without Anthony Black ? When my mom was in desperate need of a good care home after being diagnosed with Parkinson, Anthony helped quickly and found a wonderful home for her! I had no idea how it all worked and he jumped in w... ith care and experience. Three years later a friend of mine who had a bad stroke had no one to help her get from one facility to a peaceful home to be cared for and he fought all the way to help get her qualified to receive long term care and be placed in a home where she could feel peace and cared for. He went beyond the scope of duty and continued against so much opposition to fight for her and helped in ways I had no idea what to do. I'm so grateful for to God for Anthony Black!! I cannot say enough how grateful I am for the help and service provided by Anthony and VIP Senior Placement. I was in a terrible situation looking for long term care for my parents. I was not local and had to travel in from out of state which was ver... y overwhelming. Anthony was very patient and persistent. He knows all the homes and caregivers in the area and never seemed to run out of options. In the end, I was able to find a group home for my parents that meets their needs. Wow!!!! Anthony is definitely a life saver in so many ways. When our dad had a stroke and was released from the hospital we were clueless as to what comes next. No family lives in the state of Arizona so we had no one to care for them or to help find... an assisted-living facility. Anthony went above and beyond in so many ways to find the right fit for us. Not only was he very communicative and thorough, but he went to each facility sent us videos and pictures and helped us make the best decision for our family. We could not be more grateful. I called the number for VIP Senior Placement and got Anthony. He immediately went to work and helped us with everything. That afternoon he met us and we were looking at 3 places. All of them were excellent care facilities and we were able to make ou... r decision the next day. My sister was getting out of rehab and needed more help than we could give her. I cannot say enough about Tony Black. He went way above and beyond what I could have expected to help my family with my parents. As someone who knew little about assisted living and what to consider, he was able to provide valuable insight during an... overwhelming situation. From the start, he was very professional and was able to arrange for us to see properties, break down costs, and various levels of support for their care. He had the experience and patience to deal with a large family. He took the time to speak with multiple family members and get us all on the same page and trust me, that's not a simple task! We knew we liked him right from the start, our parents really like and trust him which is really important since we're talking about their well being and future. Thank you Anthony! I live in Florida and just had to visit Arizona to help my Mom who is 79-years old and struggling to care for her demented 2nd husband who recently fell again. I was lost to anything like this, and the hospital had recommended many... different resources to her and we were glad we found VIP Senior Placement on their list. We called him the first night I was in Phoenix and he was very understanding and patient to answer questions and listen to both of us explain our situation with Popster. We had somone come to help watch him to give my Mom a much needed break and we met Anthony to go see some places. He was very professional and actually drove us to the homes which helped since I wasn't familiar with the area at all. He was informative and you could tell he knew the ropes. We looked at 4 available rooms and all of them were nice. Mom chose something close by and we moved in Tuesday to a great assisted living home in Scottsdale with experience helping dementia patients. Anthony was on top of everything. I didn't realize how many moving parts there were or his kind of service even existed. He was able to connect us with a local mobile primary care doctor, explain the paperwork and helped us arrange for transportation to the new home as well. My Mom is very grateful and we're all relieved we got this done so quickly. My family and I can't thank you enough for the work you did and do Anthony. Thank you!! Read more
